Breathe deep, Get clear - Meditation on setting of intentions

Description

As you embark on another new year, filled with hopes and dreams, take a pause; Breathe deep and get clear.

All of us have plunged in with goals to achieve with timelines. Are these in alignment with your heart or head? The “have-to-do” can be in conflict with what you aspire to do. We all aspire for inner joy, peace and calmness and yet we let our heads rule on what is good for us. How can you match both in a way that is also good for you?

This meditation is specially crafted to shed away the old emotional wounds, mindsets and behavior that is negative and blocks our path to our goals and well-being. It helps you to step into new ways of thinking and being. Find the path and direction to a more meaningful life that allows you to dance to the rhythm of your spirit in adventure, excitement and renews your vigour.

Set the goals and intentions that fulfill every aspect of your life – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Delve deep into the answers as we meditate together leading you to a more mindful state where you can see an inspired perspective. After you find your balance in mind, body and spirit through sound therapy, pick an oracle card. The messages may verify your aspirations or show you a different way.

This meditation is complimentary. Arrive 15 minutes before to register. Wear comfortable clothes and dress in appropriate yoga gear. Bring a bottle of water.
